How to immigrate to Canada from India in 2022?

There exist 5 options for migrating to Canada in 2022:


1. Express entry program: Express entry program permits immigrants to live and work in Canada as skilled workers and allows them to be recognized as Canada’s permanent residents. 3. LMIA work visa: the process to immigrate is a little complicated, applicants for Canadian immigration first receive job offers, apply for a work visa and then immigrate to Canada. The MIA process entails obtaining a job offer from a Canadian employer, having that employer apply for an LMIA through Service Canada, and then, when the LMIA is approved, the candidate applies for a work visa. Although it is a laborious process, it can result in permanent residence in Canada.


4. The Provincial nominee programs(PNP): PNP is now one of the most favored routes to immigrate to Canada as Canadian provinces such as Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia, and others now have their own immigration programs that give faster outcomes. Though, the PNP category requires that the applicant resides in the respective territory after arriving in Canada. PNPs also need job offers from Canadian employers to qualify for immigration.

5. Canadian investor immigration: the investor classification is an exception, outlined for net worth individuals handling businesses overseas. This allows more economic growth and prosperity in Canada. There are two investor programs: the federal investor program and the Quebec program. Investors can bring their spouses and children.


The other options for Canadian immigration are:
  • The Canadian experience class- permits individuals who have worked in Canada for At least one year as a permanent resident
  • Humanitarian and compassionate application - people who do not have legal status in Canada but still made their home there, these are filed within Canada.
