In the first recent Canada Express Entry Draw, which was held on July 6th, 2022, ministerial instructions granted invites for permanent residency in Canada under the Express Entry system in the most recent Canada Express Entry Draw, which took place on July 6, 2022.

Canada has sent invitations to applicants for the Federal Skilled Worker Program for the first time since December 2020.

In today's Express Entry draw, CEC applicants have not been chosen in an Express Entry draw since September 2021.

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) extended invitations to submit applications for permanent residence to a total of 1,500 Express Entry candidates. For the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), 557 was the required score.

The day that the tie-breaking rule is supposed to go into effect is November 13, 2021.

In a written statement to CIC News, Canada's Minister of Immigration, Sean Fraser, said the following:

I would like to thank all of the applicants for their patience while we worked to reduce the backlog before launching new Express Entry lotteries. Talented workers must be welcomed if Canada is to address its labor shortage.

July 6 Express Entry Draw

In 2022, Canada hosted its first all-program Express Entry lottery and invited 1,500 foreign applicants to apply for immigration to Canada. These foreign nationals are eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada. On December 23, 2020, an all-program draw was held, and 5,000 Invitations to Apply were distributed.
