Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) extended invitations to submit applications for permanent residence to a total of 1,500 Express Entry candidates. For the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), 557 was the required score.
The day that the tie-breaking rule is supposed to go into effect is November 13, 2021.

In 2022, Canada hosted its first all-program Express Entry lottery and invited 1,500 foreign applicants to apply for immigration to Canada. These foreign nationals are eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada. On December 23, 2020, an all-program draw was held, and 5,000 Invitations to Apply were distributed.
